What you need

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, or other regulated facility
  • Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or building utility systems and an interest in developing those skills
  • Previous experience using a CMMS, Building Management System (BMS/BAS), electronic work-order system, or other computerized maintenance software
  • Experience reading equipment manuals, basic mechanical drawings, P&IDs, or facility documentation
