What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
  • At least 10 years of electrical engineering experience in power generation, utility, industrial, or energy infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of DC control systems, station batteries, battery chargers, relay logic, and protection circuits
  • Experience with generator controls, synchronization systems, automatic transfer switches, and switchgear

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and mentor junior engineers

Nice to have

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Experience with temporary power generation or rental power systems
  • Experience designing microgrids and hybrid energy systems
  • Knowledge of renewable energy integration, including solar PV and hybrid generation systems
  • Familiarity with IEC, NERC, and utility interconnection requirements
