What you need
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred
- Five (5) or more years of payroll processing experience
- Strong hands-on experience using Dayforce HCM within the last seven (7) years
- Minimum of two (2) years of end-to-end Canadian payroll processing experience
- Experience processing multi-state payroll for high-volume employee populations
- Working knowledge of payroll taxes, garnishments, wage and hour laws, and payroll compliance

- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)
- Experience with payroll audits, payroll tax corrections, and year-end processing (W-2, W-2C, quarter-end reconciliations)
- Experience supporting payroll audits, payroll system implementations, and continuous process improvements
