What you need
- 3-5 years of experience with AV field engineering, event technology support, systems integration, commissioning, or advanced AV maintenance

- Experience supporting live events, executive meetings, visitor-facing spaces, or other time-sensitive production environments
- Excellent communication, customer interaction, organisation, and time management skills
- Ability to operate cross-functionally with AV operations, engineering, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Eligible, willing, and able to work flexible hours and travel when required
