What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance
- Eight to ten years of progressively responsible financial management experience, preferably in a social services agency or non-profit organization
- 5 to 7 years of managerial experience
- Experience with DMH, DCFS, LAHSA and HSH contracts
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate financial data in relation to compliance and performance metrics
- Strong leadership and management skills
Nice to have
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Experience translating strategic priorities into a comprehensive financial management strategy
- Experience building and leading high performing teams
