What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 10 years in data center construction, commissioning, or hyperscale infrastructure projects
- Proven delivery of large-scale Tier III+ or hyperscale data centers (50 MW+)
- Strong mechanical and electrical expertise
- Experience managing EPC / D&B contractors and complex stakeholder environments
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, sanitary, plumbing, HVAC systems, IT infrastructure, security systems
Nice to have
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, engineering leadership, or similar
- PMP, CDCP, ATD (Accredited Tier Designer)
- Experience with 275kV grid intake and campus-scale developments
- Familiarity with Uptime, TIA, NFPA, IEC, ISO standards
- Strong decision-making under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments
