What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree; J.D. or other advanced degree a plus
- 12+ years of Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, or Financial Services experience
- 5+ years focused directly on futures/derivatives compliance and/or stablecoin, tokenization, or digital asset regulatory compliance
- Deep understanding of CFTC and NFA rules
- Experience with stablecoin issuance, tokenization, digital asset custody
- Series 3 (National Commodity Futures Examination) required; Series 30 preferred
