What you need
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
- Experience independently managing employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and employee support programs while exercising sound judgment and discretion

- Experience partnering with Legal on employee relations, workplace investigations, accommodations, leave administration, or compliance matters

- Experience utilizing HRIS systems, case management platforms, Jira, Power BI, workflow tools, or similar operational technologies
- Experience developing dashboards, operational reporting, workforce insights, or organizational health metrics
- Experience using data and trend analysis to identify risks, inform decision-making, or drive process improvements
- Familiarity with immigration administration and vendor coordination
