About this role
As a Senior Infrastructure Service Desk Engineer, you will support and maintain core infrastructure platforms across servers, virtualization, networking, storage, and backup in a managed services environment. What you need
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or advanced service desk roles, ideally within an MSP environment
- Strong hands-on experience supporting on-premises infrastructure
- Proven capability across server, networking, and virtualization technologies
