What you need
- 3–5 years of experience in network engineering or network support roles
- Previous experience working within an Australian MSP environment
- Strong networking knowledge across routing and switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and security technologies
- Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies, particularly Cisco Meraki and Catalyst solutions
- Experience designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting network solutions across customer environments
- CCNA certification
