What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years’ experience in IT operations, end-user support, or systems administration
- Hands-on experience managing macOS environments with Jamf
- Experience administering Okta including SSO, group-based access, lifecycle workflows, and MFA policies
- Working knowledge of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 in a hybrid identity environment
- Understanding of endpoint security and access controls
Nice to have
- Experience within a fintech, financial services, or family office environment
- Relevant certifications such as JAMF 200, Okta Certified Administrator, Apple Certified Support Professional, CompTIA A+/Security+, or Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks
- Experience with secure access and cloud-based productivity tools
- Exposure to developer tools such as GitHub or JFrog
