As a Senior Campaign Manager at DEPT®, you will be responsible for managing multiple integrated marketing campaigns from inception to reporting. What you need
- Seven or more years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth marketing, campaign management, integrated marketing, marketing programs or a related discipline
- Experience independently managing campaigns from brief through launch, ideally within growth, lifecycle, email/CRM or other digital campaign environments
- Strong writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to write, review and improve customer-facing copy
- Excellent project-management, prioritization, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills
- Experience working across creative, design, production and technical teams, with the ability to operate confidently and autonomously
Nice to have
- Experience within a technology company, global consumer brand or similarly complex organization is strongly preferred
- Experience with CRM, lifecycle, marketing automation, notification or campaign platforms is highly desirable
