About this role
As a Lead Motion Designer at DEPT®, you will be responsible for leading motion design projects, translating creative concepts into animated and video content. You will manage the entire motion design process from concept to final delivery, collaborate with various teams, mentor junior designers, and stay updated on new tools and techniques. The role requires a strong focus on storytelling and art direction while balancing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

What you need
- Solid experience as a Motion Designer or similar role
- Outstanding showreel and/or portfolio
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team amongst graphic designers, creatives and strategists
- Experience in video editing and an interest in sound design
- Strong graphic design principles and a feel for art direction
