As a Business Management Analyst II at CTEC, you will support CISA's Stakeholder Engagement Division by coordinating governance activities, managing documentation, and facilitating both classified and unclassified engagements. What you need
- 5+ years experience in federal program analysis, governance, policy research, or project coordination
- Excellent writing and notetaking skills, including the ability to accurately capture complex discussions
- Strong organizational judgment and discretion in classified or sensitive environments
- Experience with schedules, action tracking, risk logs, dashboards, or executive reporting
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI; U.S. citizenship required

- Prior CISA, DHS, intelligence-community, or critical-infrastructure experience
- Experience supporting senior officials in classified meetings
- Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
