About this role

As a Helpdesk Support Technician at CCS, you will provide on-site, end-user support primarily for an educational client in Southeastern Massachusetts. Your daily tasks will include managing support tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing training, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
