What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-4 years of experience in product data management, merchandising support, retail operations, inventory management, or a similar analytical role within the cannabis industry
- At least 1 year of ERP product maintenance experience
- Experience working with seed-to-sale platforms such as MJ Freeway, Metrc, BioTrack, or similar systems

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with large data sets, pivot tables, lookups, and data validation

- Experience with cannabis POS and eCommerce platforms such as Dutchie, Jane, SWEED, or similar systems
- Advanced experience with business intelligence, reporting, and data warehouse platforms
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate insights and recommendations to various audiences
- Experience supporting multi-state retail operations
- Knowledge of cannabis compliance requirements and regulated retail environments
