What you need
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting federal program delivery, implementation coordination, PMO support, or project management activities
- Experience coordinating across business, technical, client, and contractor stakeholder groups
- Experience tracking action items, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision logs within structured project environments
- Experience supporting project governance, status reporting, meeting coordination, and documentation management
Nice to have
- Experience supporting OneStream, ERP, EPM, financial management, or enterprise transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with federal governance, compliance, and approval processes
- Experience supporting Agile, hybrid Agile, or traditional project delivery methodologies
- Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
