As a Quality Control Specialist, you will ensure the accuracy and quality of creative and digital deliverables by reviewing various assets such as videos, HTML emails, and websites. You will collaborate with Designers, Producers, and Developers to identify issues and provide actionable feedback, while also applying established QC processes. What you need
- Advanced English level (B2+/C1 in reading, writing, and conversation)
- 2+ years of experience in Design, Digital Production, Creative Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a related field
- Strong eye for detail and ability to identify inconsistencies, errors, and potential quality issues
- Good understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, spacing, color, alignment, hierarchy, and visual consistency
- Experience working with creative assets and understanding how designs are prepared for different formats and channels
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Celtra
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Creative QA role
- Experience reviewing digital, social media, video, email, HTML, web, or interactive assets
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with web browsers, browser developer tools, or digital testing environments
- Experience with defect tracking or workflow management platforms such as Central or similar tools
