What you need
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family or housing maintenance, construction, or trades
- Type I and II minimum EPA certification
- Certification or comparable experience in four or more trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, building construction
- Ability to demonstrate subject matter expert level knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license
