About this role

What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating backend services, platforms, or developer and infrastructure tooling
- Proficiency in Go and/or Python
- Practical experience designing and maintaining APIs or service contracts (e.g., REST, gRPC, Protobuf, Connect-RPC)
- Ability to model complex relationships and constraints using graphs, relational models, or constraint solving approaches
- Solid understanding of the Linux boot, provisioning, and configuration lifecycle, including OS images, systemd, and cloud-init
Nice to have
- Experience with bare-metal provisioning (PXE/iPXE), OS image building, or firmware and driver enablement
- Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU platforms and compatibility among hardware, OS images, kernels, drivers, and firmware
- Experience with Rust, Argo Workflows, Kubernetes Custom Resources, Helm, GitOps, Docker, or containerd
- Experience with Debian packaging, repository management, Ansible, or shell-based build pipelines
- Familiarity with observability systems such as Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, and Grafana
