What you need

  • Board-Certified Physician with experience in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice

  • Active, unrestricted DEA registration
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
