What you need

  • Strong command of benefits data, eligibility, payroll coordination, reconciliations, audits, and controls
  • Strong judgment, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity, build practical processes, and prioritize in a global organization

  • Experience supporting benefits in a high-growth technology, financial services, insurance, or similarly regulated environment
  • Experience with global benefits governance, benchmarking, harmonization, or program design
  • Experience supporting multi-country leave, pension, retirement savings, or statutory benefits programs
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, post-close integration, new-country launches, or HRIS and payroll implementations
  • Familiarity with global HRIS, benefits administration, leave management, retirement administration, reporting, or case-management platforms
