What you need
- Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in title research, title insurance, ALTA survey review, corporate real estate transactions, paralegal role related to real estate, or related field
- Deep knowledge of title commitments, ALTA/NSPS surveys, legal descriptions, easements, and encumbrances
