What you need
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related technical field

- 2+ years of direct people-management experience, including performance management, coaching, hiring, and professional development
- 5+ years of experience working with AWS or comparable cloud infrastructure, with strong hands-on AWS experience required

- Experience supporting software in a regulated environment such as healthcare, medical devices, fintech, or another compliance-sensitive industry
