What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in Control Center Operations
- Proficiency in plant and electrical system designs and relevant software systems (generation management systems, SCADA, etc.)
- Knowledge in NERC, ERCOT, WECC, CAISO, PJM, and SPP regulations and requirements
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and ensure safety, compliance, quality, and schedule adherence
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- NERC Certification preferred, required within 12 months of hire if not obtained
