What you need
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy Systems, Engineering Technology, or a related engineering field
- 7+ years of experience related to renewable energy, energy storage, power distribution, power systems, plant operations, equipment reliability, or related industry experience
- Prior experience leading engineers, managing technical programs, or coordinating cross-functional technical workstreams
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement detailed solutions to complex technical problems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Solar PV and BESS operation, maintenance, controls, performance, and reliability requirements
Nice to have
- Advanced degree or professional engineering credentials
- Working familiarity with software tools such as ETAP, PSCAD, LabVIEW, or similar platforms
