What you need
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- 3+ years directly managing HR generalists
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience owning HR policy development end to end
- Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law (especially California)
- Experience owning HRIS strategy and vendor management
Nice to have
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or another regulated industry
