What you need
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or behavioral science preferred; Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in crisis intervention/behavioral health required
- At least two years of experience managing a team
- At least one year of experience working at CBEM
- Strong working knowledge of Developmental Disabilities
- Strong working knowledge of the Department of Developmental Disabilities, Regional Centers, and the Lanterman Act
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Certification as a crisis intervention instructor (e.g., Pro-ACT, QBS Safety-Care, CPI, or equivalent)
- Proficient with Mac/Apple systems and CBEM’s Critical Intervention Service database
- Proficient with Google Suite
