About this role

The AVP, Business Intelligence & Analytics will lead the delivery of business intelligence and analytics solutions within the Human Capital department at KKR.   • Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or comparable modern data and analytics platforms
  • Experience with modern data application/BI tools (e.g. Sigma, Streamlit)
  • Experience partnering with a centralized or separately managed Data Engineering function
  • Experience operating in a complex, highly regulated, or data-sensitive environment
