About this role
As a Commercial HVAC Installer at CaptiveAire, you will be part of a new self-performing install crew responsible for delivering turnkey HVAC installations for national accounts. Your daily tasks will include installing HVAC equipment, reading blueprints, and coordinating with field teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to specifications. This role requires extensive travel across the U.S., and you will have the opportunity to grow with the program as a founding member of the team.
