About this role

What you need

  • Experience delivering trade or transaction reporting change programmes as a Business Analyst or Project Manager within financial services or management consulting.
  • Practical knowledge of one or more regulatory reporting regimes, including EMIR Refit, MiFIR, SFTR, CFTC, HKMA, or MAS.
  • Strong experience defining business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, testing, and implementation plans.
  • Good understanding of trade lifecycle processes across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives, together with reporting controls, reconciliations, and data quality governance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience using approved AI tools to enhance analysis, productivity, and decision-making while maintaining sound professional judgement.

Nice to have

  • Experience delivering EMIR Refit, MiFIR, or other global regulatory reporting implementations.
  • Familiarity with reporting platforms such as DTCC, UnaVista, Kaizen, SteelEye, or similar RegTech solutions.
  • Experience documenting data lineage, reporting schemas, business rules, and reporting traceability.
  • Agile delivery experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent collaboration platforms.
  • Previous consulting experience or involvement in complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory change programmes.
