What you need

  • Demonstrated consulting or transformation experience within banking, financial services, technology or another regulated environment
  • Practical experience with AI-related initiatives, including AI transformation, Generative AI, Agentic AI or other AI-enabled solutions
  • Experience facilitating workshops, gathering evidence and translating business processes, stakeholder needs and complex information into clear requirements and structured documentation
  • Understanding of responsible AI, technology risk and regulatory considerations, including EU AI Act obligations, privacy, cybersecurity, explainability, auditability and human oversight
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to apply structured scoring methodologies, challenge assumptions and produce concise, evidence-based materials for stakeholder decision-making

Nice to have

  • Experience developing business cases, use-case assessments, prioritisation frameworks or detailed use-case dossiers for AI or emerging-technology initiatives
  • Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and practical experience assessing AI systems within regulated financial-services environments
  • Familiarity with model governance, access controls, logging, traceability, decision reproducibility and responsible AI control frameworks
  • Experience working across multidisciplinary teams spanning business, technology, data, risk, compliance, privacy and cybersecurity
  • Curiosity and confidence in using approved AI tools and automation to improve research, analysis, documentation and productivity while maintaining appropriate human review and responsible AI guardrails
