What you need

- Hands-on experience building, managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns

- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate performance trends into clear findings and recommended actions

- Search and programmatic experience strongly preferred in addition to paid social experience
- Familiarity with audience and voter or stakeholder data platforms such as LiveRamp, Applecart, Atlas, i360, or BlueLabs
- Experience using competitive intelligence tools such as AdClarity, Pathmatics, or comparable platforms
- Experience supporting technology, AI, infrastructure, retail, telecommunications, healthcare, or regulated-industry clients
- Agency, public affairs, political, advocacy, or communications environment experience preferred
