About this role
As a Jr. Technical Recruiter/Sourcer at Broadway Ventures, you will be responsible for recruiting engineers in the aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Your day-to-day tasks will include consulting with corporate leadership on job qualifications, developing job descriptions, screening candidates, and coordinating with the business development team to select qualified hires.
