What you need
- 3+ years' experience in Compliance, AML, Financial Crime, KYC, Transaction Monitoring or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Chainalysis, ideally including Chainalysis KYT and blockchain transaction investigations
- Experience conducting KYC/CDD, EDD and transaction monitoring reviews
- Experience investigating financial crime alerts and documenting evidence-based conclusions
- Good understanding of cryptocurrency transactions, blockchain technology and crypto financial crime typologies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Notabene (preferred)
- Experience or strong interest in using AI/LLM tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve efficiency and quality of compliance work
