What you need
- High School diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Ability to lift, carry, and move inventory materials (up to 50 lbs) and operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners)
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods, including standing and walking for up to 10 hours per shift
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Proven ability to learn complex new software and technologies
Nice to have
- Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri (in good standing and unrestricted), or eligibility to obtain it
- Prior experience as a pharmacy technician, fulfillment center or warehouse is preferred
- Strong command of the English language
