About this role

In this role, you will perform engineering design and calculations for water and wastewater pipeline and facility projects. Responsibilities include planning and designing conveyance systems, conducting hydraulic flow calculations, preparing construction cost estimates, and producing contract documents. You will also conduct site visits and review compliance of shop drawings with project designs.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with other design disciplines
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
