What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
  • Registered P.E. in Texas (or ability to transfer license to TX)
  • 10-15+ years of experience in civil engineering ideally residential master-planned community development
  • Strong business development experience
  • Solid working knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, or other modeling software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
