  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed, approximately 25%

  • Experience supervising staff, consultants, projects, or cross-functional initiatives preferred
  • Familiarity with AZA/BBG, BBYO regional experiences, International Convention, summer programs, travel experiences, or immersive Jewish teen experiences preferred
  • Advanced degree in Jewish education, nonprofit management, organizational leadership, business, public administration, Jewish studies, or a related field preferred
  • Rabbinic ordination, cantorial ordination, or significant senior Jewish educational leadership experience is desired, but not required
