About this role

As a Behavior Technician Trainee at BAYADA, you will work directly with students with Autism and other Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) in a school-based setting. Your responsibilities will include implementing behavior therapy techniques, documenting progress, and collaborating with teachers to support students' needs. You will receive training to become a certified Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT) through the BAYADA RBT Academy, which includes both web-based courses and hands-on training.
