About this role

As a Behavior Technician Trainee at BAYADA, you will work with individuals with Autism and other Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) in a school-based setting. Your role involves implementing behavior therapy techniques, documenting progress, and collaborating with teachers to support students in achieving their goals.
