About this role
As an Occupational Therapist for BAYADA Home Health Care, you will conduct home health visits for adult and geriatric patients in the northern Tucson area. Your responsibilities include evaluating patients' functional status, developing individualized intervention plans, assessing home environments, and educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure clients receive the necessary care to maintain their independence at home.

What you need
- A current Arizona Occupational Therapist license
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA
