As a HICU® Health Services Hospital at Home Nurse at BAYADA, you will provide skilled nursing care to infants and young children transitioning from the hospital to home. This role involves working in a team-based environment, delivering one-on-one care, and training families on how to care for their children at home. You will be responsible for ensuring quality care during the initial weeks of homecare, while also collaborating with the hospital care team.
