About this role
The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will provide home health visits as part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on rehabilitative care and skilled nursing for clients in their homes. This role requires traveling within an assigned territory and working under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist to support clients in achieving comfort, independence, and dignity in their home life.
