What you need

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 12+ years of progressive Health, Safety, and Environmental leadership experience in high-hazard industries
Minimum 5+ years of direct experience in operating power generation facilities or similar environments
Experience supporting power generation assets throughout the project lifecycle
Proven experience managing contractor safety programs
Experience developing and implementing HSE management systems

Nice to have

Professional safety certification such as OHST, CHST, SMS, ASP, or CSP
Experience with utility-scale power generation facilities
Experience with Independent Power Producers (IPP)
Experience with Behind-the-meter power generation operations
Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
