About this role
The Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the RF and system-level correctness of satellite service passes, including tasks such as beamforming configuration, link budget validation, and post-pass RF/RAN analysis. This role involves troubleshooting RF and RAN issues, leading technical reviews, and defining acceptance criteria for network features. The engineer will also build diagnostic tools and drive documentation and reporting for management and stakeholders.

What you need
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, RF Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in RF engineering, RAN, satellite communications, or wireless systems validation environments
- Practical understanding of link budget analysis for wireless links
- Experience with IQ domain/DSP signal analysis
- Deep knowledge of LTE/RAN technologies
- Scripting/automation experience (Python, Lua, MATLAB)
