About this role

What you need
- Minimum 4 years of experience administering, configuring, and developing test or operations management platforms
- At least 2 years of hands-on Epsilon3 experience (procedure authoring, test plans/cases, connectors, dashboards)
- Strong knowledge of test data acquisition, GSE/telemetry integration, and requirements verification/traceability
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Java, Python, or C-family languages)
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, create technical solution designs, perform testing (including UAT), and deliver production-ready implementations
- Experience with change management, requirements traceability, non-conformance (NCR) and CAPA processes, and document control
Nice to have
- Prior experience with ERP and PLM integrations preferred
- Database development and scripting/API skills a plus
- Leadership experience preferred
