What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2+ years in desktop support, help desk, or customer support roles
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office in a technical support capacity
- Hands-on experience with hardware maintenance including racking servers and deploying workstations
- General knowledge of networking fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/IP, protocols, routing, firewalls)
