- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline OR 8 years of equivalent experience
- 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient with MS Office and CAD/CAM tools
