What you need
- MS degree in mechanical engineering or related degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, design, and development of complex mechanical systems including automation stages, wafer handling systems, reactors, vacuum chambers, and gas delivery systems
- Proficiency in CREO and AutoCAD
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities
Nice to have
- Experience with semiconductor capital equipment or heavy capital equipment
- Proficiency in ASME Y14.5 and/or ISO 1101:2017 geometric dimension and tolerance
- Knowledge of deposition products (CVD, ALD, EPI, PVD)
- Familiarity with CE, NFPA, Semi S2-95 standards
- Knowledge of PLCs and control systems including Modbus TCP/IP and EtherCAT
